Watch Me Slim In 10 Weeks-Week 1 Meal Photo Diary

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well.

Yvonne Dzifa here with an update on my Watch Me Slim In Ten Weeks YouTube Series Week One Food Picture Diary. Every two weeks  I will be uploading what I had from Monday to Friday that week, just to give ideas of some nice healthy meal options for others on a weight loss/fitness journey.

So I  hope this is helpful and do comment to say perhaps which meals you think looks tasty if any and what you also like to have as a healthy meal :-).

Day 1 Monday

Breakfast

Day 2 Tuesday

Breakfast
On Tuesdays, I don't normally have breakfast. For one reason or other.

Day 3 Wednesday

For lunch this day, my job had a visiting lunchtime presentation, which means we were given some lunch at work. I had a quarter of a sandwich, a portion of salmon and some fruit salad. I was however not able to take pictures of this as i was in a presentation.

Nearly forgot to take a photo lol hence the half eaten breakfast
