What i ate tonight

Dinner- Red wine steak with sweet potatoes, broccoli, red wine jus and cottage cheese

This is basically the portion i have during this slim in 6 challenge. Very filling without having to be a lot of food. Please comment if recipe wanted and i shall put that up.


One cup or carbohydrate, 3-4 oz protein and 1-2 cups vegetables
