Organic Dinner Meal Prep for Slim 6 Challenge (Week 3, Ramp It Up)

Hello everyone, 

I hope you are having a good week so far. I just thought i will show my organic dinner meal preps for the week during my Slim in 6 challenge week 3 on Ramp It Up

As a general rule, i normally have:
1 cup carbohydrate
3-4 oz protein
1-2 cups vegetables


For this dinner meal prep, i made a cabbage, celery, swede and mushroom sauce with a little olive oil. For proteins i have an option of grilled mustard chicken or salmon.
I also steamed some carrots and broccoli as my vegetables side for dinner.
For carbohydrates, i chose to have an option of pasta or spelt spaghetti. When this finishes, there is still an option of sweet potatoes or white potatoes.

For Lunch i will be making egg white and spinach sandwiches with a side of olives.

For snacks i will be having strawberry, raspberry and non fat Greek yoghurt or an apple.

So far i am enjoying this change. I enjoy more the fact that the ingredients which make this meal are organic. Do give this meal prep a try and see if it works for you. :-)
