Organic Dinner Meal Prep for Slim 6 Challenge (Week 2, Start It Up)

Hello everyone, 

I hope you are having a good week so far. I just thought i will show an example of my organic dinner meal preps for the week during my Slim in 6 challenge week 2 on Start It up

As a general rule, i normally have:
1 cup carbohydrate
3-4 oz protein
1-2 cups vegetables



For this dinner meal prep, i made
a cabbage, swede, tomato and mushroom lean turkey mince sauce without
cooking with oil at all. This way i could have a filling but healthy substitute to an oily sauce, whiles still getting in my protein and vegetables.
I also steamed some carrots and broccoli as my vegetables side for dinner.
For carbohydrates, i chose to have an option of pasta or brown rice for this week. When this finishes, there is still an option of sweet or potatoes white potatoes.

I steamed some celery as my side for lunch along side some olives.

So far i am enjoying this change. I enjoy more the fact that the ingredients which make this meal are organic. Do give this meal prep a try and see if it works for you. :-)
